DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours between Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on a Saturday/ Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Estimated delivery time is as follows:

Delhi/ NCR: 2 days

Other metro cities: 4-6 working days (excluding public holidays)

**There might be slight delays in dispatch & delivery due to Covid-19 restrictions prevailing in selected zones.

SHIPPING

We use secure packaging for all our products and ensure it reaches you safely. Part of the shipping cost is borne by the customer and balance is paid by OddCroft. Shipping is charged based on the order value & mode of payment as per below:

FAQ related to delivery:

  1. In case of cash on delivery, can I open the package before paying? We sincerely apologize but at OddCroft, we do not operate on an open delivery system. If you have any problems with the product, get in touch with our customer care team by emailing at customerservice@oddcroft.com.

  2. How do I track my order? 
    An email will be sent to your inbox post shipment of the order and contains the name of the service provider and the tracking number, along with a tracking link. Simply click on the link to view the detailed status of your package. Alternatively, you can also track your order by clicking on “Track order” that appears on our website’s homepage-click here. If you are facing issues with regards to emails - contact our customer care team quickly. Drop an email at customerservice@oddcroft.com

  3. Do I have the ability to return the order to the shipping agency and collect my cash back?
    We sincerely apologize, but we do not offer the facility of returning any product to the shipment carrier and collecting your cash back. If the product fails to live up your expectations, quickly contact our customer care team by emailing us at customerservice@oddcroft.com.

  4. My order has not arrived. What should I do?
    Please provide an allowance of up to 10 business days for delivery starting from the day of receipt of order confirmation. The status of your order is communicated to you through email at every major step. If you are facing hassles reading the emails or if you fail to receive regular updates, kindly get in touch with our customer care team promptly by dropping in an email on customerservice@oddcroft.com. A confirmation email is sent to your inbox post shipment of the order, and it contains the name of the service provider and the tracking number with a live tracking link. The order status will offer in-depth information with regard to your package. If our courier partner fails to reach you for any reason, we will offer instructions for collecting the package directly from the courier partner. In such situations, OddCroft holds the right to cancel the contract of sale, and we will provide you with a full refund.

  5. How can I change my shipping address post placement of an order? For performing this action, you need to get in touch with our Customer Care Team by sending an email at customerservice@oddcroft.com and provide the new shipping address.
