Exchange & Return Policy

1. Return Policy

We at OddCroft stand by the products we showcase in our collection. Each piece is checked before dispatch and we work with our logistics team to try and get your order to you safe and sound!

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

a) There is a manufacturing defect in the product
b) The product is received in a damaged/ broken condition
c) Product received is not as per the order placed by you

If a wrong product has been delivered to you (product doesn't match the item in order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we re-fulfill your order OR provide store credit valid for 3 months from the date of request received from you.
NOTE: A return request is accepted within 7 days of delivery of the package.

How to place a return request:
1. Email us your Order Number along with images of original packing & product received at: customerservice@oddcroft.com
2. Our team will review your request & if approved, a return request will be initiated
3. A reverse pick-up will be arranged with our logistics partner. Time required for pick up is 2-3 working days. Kindly use original packing material to avoid damage in transit for the return journey of the package.
4. Once the product is received back at our office, our team will arrange to send a replacement or issue store credit to you.

2. Exchange Policy

In case the product doesn't match up to your taste you can choose to exchange it with another product from our catalog. Please raise an exchange request within 3 days from order received date. The product must be unused and original packaging material (Box, Bubble Wrap etc.) should be retained by the customer for reverse shipping.

How to place a request for exchange:

1. Email us your Order Number along with images of original packing & product received at: customerservice@oddcroft.com
2. Our team will review your request & if approved, an exchange request will be initiated 
3. A reverse pick-up will be arranged with our logistics partner. Time required for pick up is 2-3 working days
4. Once the product is received back at our office, our team will issue store credit to your account with a unique Coupon Code
5. Note that reverse shipment charges (as per actual) will be adjusted in your store credit amount. We will not reimburse reverse shipment charges.

3. Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer 
We can cancel your order ONLY IF the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and IF the order has not already been DISPATCHED from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please email us at customerservice@oddcroft.com with your order number.

If a Pre-Paid Order is cancelled, then we can only provide store credit of the amount paid.

Our main aim is to ship out every order successfully; in some situations we may cancel the order. Some of the circumstances which may result in your order being cancelled include:

  • Availability of items
  • In case of inaccurate or insufficient address and if delivery location is in a non-serviceable area
  • In case of incorrect or fraudulent payment
  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, OddCroft reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same
